4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits & Conditions

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposit funds must always come from a legitimate, personal source — depositing via a third-party account is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

db89 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete. Withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

db89 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳32,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000, regardless of how much is deposited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — applied to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example:

• ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus winnings may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The original deposit can be withdrawn at any time (this will affect the bonus balance).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may carry specific conditions — failure to comply with them will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If bonus abuse, arbitrage, or other irregular activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.2 Tier Change Conditions

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. Tiers may be downgraded in cases of inactivity or violations of the Terms. db89 determines the cashback amounts and distribution rules and reserves the right to change them.

7.1 Permitted Use

The db89 platform is for personal and recreational use only. Playing for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
